My journey began after having gastric sleeve surgery in May 2024. At 267 pounds, I knew big changes were ahead, and since then, I’ve lost over 100 pounds. It has truly been a life-changing experience.

During recovery, I discovered how tricky it was to find meal prep containers that actually fit smaller portion sizes. Everything on the market was either too big, too expensive, or just not quite right. That’s when I decided to create my own containers designed for people with smaller stomachs, and MealPrep Mini was born.

What started as a personal project quickly grew into a mission to help others in the bariatric community. MealPrep Mini is all about making meal prep simple, affordable, and perfectly portioned for people like us.
